6. Old Agreement Copy
7. 3 Set Newt Agreement Copy (Signed and Stamped by the Company and Employee) 
8. Valid Municipality License (Rukhsa) Copy
9. C R (Commercial Registration) Copy
10. Electricity Bill Copy of Company
11. Salary Transfer Bank Statement for Six Months
